Project MiConditioning

This is MiConditioning journey…

MiConditioning Journey

Growing up, I have always remembered the discipline of my parents in the way that they live a healthy lifestyle. They ran, rode their bikes, swam, ate well, slept well and have maintained that for as long as I can remember.

My parents never forced me into exercise but they encouraged me to try sports when I was at school. (Let’s just say, throwing a ball and catching a ball… not my strong suite), I enjoyed cross country, riding my bike around the neighbourhood,  swimming lessons growing up and dancing… When I was 12 years old I joined a dance school where I could focus more specifically on dance.

Fast forward…

I danced seriously (with a small amount of swimming for fun) from the age of 12 to 20, completing exams, competing overseas and attending prestigious schools and companies in South Africa. But there was something missing. I had no purpose in what I was doing, actually, I was working hard for NOTHING.

But then everything changed...

From Cape Town to Witbank – I moved! and everything changed. I stepped out of my purposeless life and into assignment, into divine alignment and into conditioning with PURPOSE!

Now I’m running, cycling, swimming and having FUN. I’m training with my Blood-bought family and #livingmybestlife
